CLARET

Mostly straight combs, black-breasted, and wine red in color. They possess wings and tails with white streaks and are usually white-legged. Popular for being among the keenest cutting roosters, they are single strikers and aggressive hitters. Fast and smart, they are known to break high and can last long in fights.

DOM

Short for Dominique bloodline, distinct for their checkered-like feather pattern and known for their cutting prowess and aggressive disposition. They are best crossed with Hatches and White hackle derivatives.

GLIMORE HATCH

The Gilmore Hatch bloodline is one of the most sought-after and revered in the cockfighting community. The pure Gilmore Hatch is renowned for its exceptional fighting abilities, having won countless battles over many years.

GOLD

Distinct for their golden color, the Golds are said to come from throwbacks of the Lemons. They are known for being brainy fighters with precise timing.

GREY

Grey color, with green, yellow, or white legs. Sometimes have yellow or silver duck wings. They have straight or pea combs and are medium to low-stationed. Known for their power and gameness.

GULL

They are known to be a derivative of the White Hackles, always coming with a straight comb. Renowned for their accurate cutting and aggressive fighting style, they are often infused by breeders into existing lines to improve gameness.

HATCH

Known for power and gameness, they are medium-stationed and pea-combed (some are straight-combed). Their legs are green or yellow.

HENNY

Believed to have originated from jungle fowls in India, they are distinct for their hen-like appearance. They are known for their speed and good cutting ability.

KELSO

Straight comb or pea comb, medium to high station. Known for excellent cutting, deliberate hitting, and body punching.

LEMON

Lemon has become the base used by most Bacolod breeders. Lemon-hackled, they have an instinctive and precise sense of timing, allowing them to clip the opponent in mid-air and deliver fatal punches or counterpunches.

ROUNDHEAD

Pea-combed or straight-combed, medium to high-stationed, with white or yellow legs. Considered ring generals, they are characteristically flyers and agile all-around athletes with superb cutting ability.

SWEATER

One of the most sought-after and famous bloodlines for its good looks and athletic ability. Yellow-legged and pea-combed, with a high station and sleek body conformation. Known for its swarming offensive fighting style.

WHITE

Known for their high-flying style of fighting, they are distinct for their white color. They may come in pure white or sometimes have a dash of red or black.

YELLOW-LEGGED HATCH

Always yellow-legged, with either a pea comb or straight comb. They come in dark or light red and are known for their deadly accuracy in cutting. They have deep game, very powerful legs, and are recognized for their endurance in drag fights.
